Description 1- Respond to input from customers and support managers to help identifying better ways of providing the service. 2- Provide help and advice to customers. 3- Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face. 4- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly statistical reports as appropriate. 5- Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers. 6- Aid the Customer Care Manager in ensuring that all relevant standards within the customer charter are met. 7- Meeting regularly with other customer care representatives to discuss customer complaint. 8- Train staff to deliver a high standard of customer service. 9- Learn about our products and services and keep up to date with changes. 10- Keep ahead of developments in customer service by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending
Qualifications Experience: 3 to 5 years with the at least one year in a similar capacity.
