Description — Identify and communicate with the relevant recruitment channels including employment fairs, recruitment agencies, online sources, advertising agencies etc. — Participate in the organization of on-site and off-site recruitment activities — Arrange for test & interview appointments with the short listed candidates for testing and administer tests — Ensure that all newly acquired CVs are inserted into the company database — Develop the required recruitment criteria for all vacancies in tandem with the department/client requirements — Carry out all recruitment related activities such as screening applicants, conducting interviews, administering tests — Create and administer the internal job posting process for required positions — Develop and submit offer letters to accepted candidates and follow up on their response — Review all data entry of new hires on the HRMS — Develop reports as required — Provide the Personnel Function with the new hires application forms and offer letters — Follow up on newly recruited employees during their probation period — Undertake the induction process for all new hires ensuring all main areas are covered
Qualifications University degree in commerce / business administration . 2 years of experience in the HR profession with specific focus on sourcing, selection and recruitment process
