Description — Plan technical project activities, resources and technical input starting with high level design till handover and sign off of OMS projects within a specific business line — Plan the allocation of project team members among different tasks within assigned engagements in coordination with SDM and resource allocation coordinator — Act as a project member to provide specific expertise as needed in different projects — Oversee implementation activities of the project team, ensuring highest quality of service delivery, providing thorough follow-up and monitoring on activities and supporting technical teams through guidance, problem solving and mentoring as needed — Ensure the complete and correct documentation of all project-related internal and client-related documents — Provide training to customer administrator and end user as needed
Qualifications • Basic education: B.Sc. in Computer Engineering , or Computer Science • Formal and updated certification in related technologies (optional) • 5 years of experience in the software industry
