Description 1.Work with patients to assess, evaluate and identify the physical problem clearly including stump evaluation, care, bandaging. 2.Take and rectify cast for all types of prosthetic and orthotic devices to meet patient specifications. 3.Conduct trials with the patient and obtain feedback. 4.Liaise with Production to provide the cast and any requirements ensuring specifications are clear. 5.Develop customized treatment and rehabilitation programmes that target patient specific problems and support in the achievement of maximum mobility. 6.Liaise with the patients medical carer to make sure that all relevant information is incorporated in the treatment program. 7.Educate and advise patients and their carers about how to prevent and/or improve conditions. 8.Keep up to date with new techniques and technologies available for treating patients in line with the companys standards. 9.Check equipment and report on any maintenance or repairs required. 10.Conduct periodic awareness sessions to company personnel to keep the organization updated on the latest methods and cases. 11.Liaise with partners, stakeholders and partners to conduct awareness sessions about the services provided.
Qualifications Qualifications •University degree in Physiotherapy. Working Experience •Minimum 2 years as a physiotherapist. Skills •Advanced interpersonal and communication abilities. •Knowledge of orthopaedic fitting. •Fluency in English language.
