Description Process employment applications. Follow hiring procedures Conduct new hire orientation. Coordinate training programs with line managers to develop talents. Record keeping of employees development and talents logistics. Plan career path for key personnel. Draft correspondences between the company, insurance office, labor office and other public authorities. Follow up employees services and ensure the compliance of these services to the standards set by the company. Consider any complain or problem reported by the employee and solve it. Compile, maintain and update personnel records on computer systems and filing archives. Record employee information, such as personal data; compensation and benefits; attendance; performance reviews and evaluations; and termination date and reason. Maintain and update employee files and the HR filing system. Entry of monthly payroll variables and record data for use in payroll processing. Manage time and attendance records for payroll. Record and update leaves for employees on regular basis. Prepare and file reports of accidents and injuries occurred to employees on duty. Document personnel policies and procedures. Keep complete confidentiality of all personnel files, all reports prepared by human resources department and any outstanding decision to be practiced.
Qualifications Good knowledge of labour , Social Insurance and Taxes Low Applications: Word - Excel - PowerPoint) -Strong background in Human Resources -Interpersonal competences and presentation skills. -problem solver
