Description process sales & invoices so that the customer orders are dispatched answer internal and customer inquiries on product availability , prices and delivery time communicate with other teams in the organization to confirm the status of orders and resolve customer complaints . prepare of job quotation including pricing in coordination with relevant sales manager preparation of shipping documents for LOC related orders to in coordination with finance . support external sales team with specific customer account information interacting with various service providers such as couriers & freight forwarders .
Qualifications professional experience in sales or commercial administration in particular handling export and shipping documents and LOCs technical knowledge of SAP system product knowledge or ability to learn about john crane product portfolio and product codes experience of working in a multinational environment is advantage
