Description The candidate will be responsible for following up clients order till its final destination and assures that everything is done on time. He/She will be responsible for issuing reports to the management for all orders and position of each order. Following up the clients payments and prepare memos to the financial department about each client. Following up all logistics activities with the logistics department. Filing the documents in soft and hard copy. Prepare clients balances sheets. Help the sales team, support them and keep them updated with all orders under operations or after arrival Will act as connecting point between all departments concerned
Qualifications Bachelor degree in any related discipline preferably in business. Excellent command of English Language. Excellent skills in using MS office especially word and excel. Well-organized character with special skills of follow-up. Sales background is preferred. Must be resident in Alexandria 1-2 years experience in the same filed is preferred
