Description Healthcare Quality specialist is responsible for establishment of quality management, patient safety, Medication Management and Infection Control systems across the facility. He is also responsible for managing records and quality documents to insure commitment in all aspects of business processes as well as adherence to quality standards and best practice guidelines. Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation. —Considering the application of environmental health and safety standards. —Establishing and finalizing the facility policies and procedures, plans, programs and records with concerned units and departments and establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply. —Monitoring, collecting and analyzing performance data by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports, and charts against defined parameters, from which performance improvement projects are to start in subjected areas. —Persuading reluctant staff to change their way of working to incorporate quality methods. —Coordinates with all levels of facility units and departments to identify problems that impact on delivery of quality patient care, with direct investigation of problems including scope and causes. —Prepares periodic reports to management through planned audit.
Qualifications -At least bachelor of Medicine, any related scientific field, or equivalents. -TQM or CPHQ Diploma.
