Description 1. Direct sales for all products & services of DYNAMIC Company. 2. Approach potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, direct mail campaigns and all other available methods. 3. Identify and approach potential new clients, convert inquiries from potential clients to sales. 4. Adopt a consultative approach in working with clients to establish requirements and propose solutions. 5. Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations 6. Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations. 7. Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers. 8. Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and clients inquiries. 9. Study the full portfolio of DYNAMIC and should know all details about its products and services. 10. To be well trained on all DYNAMIC Solutions in the way that will let you able to describe its benefits over the phone to new prospect clients. 11. Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements 12. Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers.
Qualifications General & Soft Skills: 1. The ability and desire to sell. 2. Excellent communication skills. 3. A positive, confident and determined approach. 4. Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection. 5. A high degree of self-motivation and ambition. 6. The skills to work both independently and as part of a team. 7. The ability to flourish in a competitive environment. 8. A good level of numeracy. Experience: As a Senior employee, it will be preferred to have the following prerequisite, experiences, skills & knowledge: 1. Very good English skills: read, written and spoken. 2. Information Technology industry knowledge. 3. To get all necessary knowledge of selling in a B2B environment. 4. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management. 5. Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.
