Description Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner Follow up on the production plan implementation on a daily basis to make sure that the plan is being implemented effectively Maintain regular contact with the production and packaging operations to ensure that there is effective coordination and that sales requirements are met. Challenge the supply chain team on the best possible ways to honour the demand needs Act as the communication bridge between all external departments and supply chain. share the production plan with the supply chain team Production Planning and analysis and assessing the performance of production lines / refining and all Manufacturing facilities Spot the production deviations and report it and giving directions Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account “international best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement Monitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude Perform other related duties or assignments as directed
Qualifications Bachelor degree in a business-related field Advanced communication skills Strong Time management skills Ability to work under stress Bachelor degree in Logistics and supply chain 0-2 year experience in the supply planning field
