Description Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule; Ensuring that the production is cost effective, produced on time and of good quality Working out the human and material resources needed Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs Working with Supervisors to implement the companys policies and goals Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed Supervising and motivating the subordinates and reviewing their performance Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems. Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality. Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production problems. Review plans and confer with research and support staff to develop new products and processes. Coordinate and recommend procedures for Factory and equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of machines. Develop budgets and approve expenditures for supplies, materials, and human resources, ensuring that materials, labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets. Report the Meantime Between Failures, Meantime To Repair, and Mean Down Time.
Qualifications Should have an acute sense of Business management and administration to do the job. 10 years manufacturing plant engineering/management experience which includes project development and project management experience

Experience 10-15 Years.
Other Skills Successful Plant budget management Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities and excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential. Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Interpersonal, Team Building, and Collaborative skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Office and Microsoft Project.
