Description 1. Responsible for running the operations and logistics of the sales academy to ensure flawless implementation of the academy different modules across all regions. 2. Responsible for managing the operational components for each module as per the Module Implementation Checklist; Printing and preparing training aids such as manuals and handbooks and securing the needed tools for the training (Data show, flip charts ...etc.); sending invitations to the relevant stakeholders; gathering post training evaluations. 3. Track and report on academy training outcomes/feedback. 4. Responsible for reaching out for different venues across the regions and book them as relevant to conduct training programs in them as per the academy annual calendar. 5. Responsible for collecting the Post Module(s) Evaluation sheets and include it in Module Report. 6. Responsible for gathering and analysing the Training/ Trainer post training evaluation; highlight issues or learnings. 7. Ensure marinating updated academy records and scorecard; follow up on post module assignment and ensure that it is reflected in the academy records as relevant. 8. Highlight issues from reports analysis and propose recommendations 9. Responsible for managing the financial part of the academy in line with the approved budget 10. Managing the logistics of the Sales Rewards & Recognition Program 11. Managing reports & training database related to the academy
Qualifications 1. BA from an accredited University preferably Business Administration. 2. Minimum 1:2 years of experience preferably in Training and development. 3. Good command of English (spoken and written) and of MS office (Excel , word & pp). 4. Accountable with high project management and time management skills. 5. Organising and follow through skills 6. Strong Interpersonal skills i.e. communication, listening, presentation, 7. Strong negotiations, conflict resolution skills
