Description - Manage IT&S services and team - Manage suppliers / contractors locally within the framework and in compliance with local procurement / legal constraints. Ensure all support contracts are in place and current. - Manage the service delivery to achieve continuous improvement in both cost and quality performance in line with business imperatives - Promote/coach best practices, process and standards within the team - Provide necessary help on meeting any new IT& business demands - Represent IT&S on Business management meetings which is scheduled on a daily basis
Qualifications • - The candidate requires a proven track record in the area of IT service management under ITIL (or similar) framework - Minimum Three years in a similar position - ITIL expert certified - Strong operational skills, bias for action, and a good understanding of IT technologies - Competent at managing performance and leading engagement with business users on service improvement / development - Good written and verbal communication skills in English - Ability to engage senior business representatives in an effective manner, including understanding the business aspect of service delivery issues - Ability to network effectively and build collaborative relationships - Strong telecommunications background would be an advantage
