Description Channel management, Identify and on-board new channel partners.. Ensure the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets and management based objectives that will be communicated from time to time Be able to report weekly performance to the leadership (MTI & Huawei) of specific accounts and opportunities. Furthermore, sales data, progress on incentives, new product releases, sales trending and all other key performance indicators should be monitored and managed on a pro-active and continual basis. At all times this individual should understand the health of the business that they manage Sell Huawei EBG products ( Unified communication ,Networks &IT solutions & products and reach revenue quotas for new partner and/or new channel service customers, (designated in quota compensation plan) Achieve quota for number of contacts/activity with prospective partners/customers Identify areas of improvement in the company and assist in creating and implementing solutions. Keep up to date on market trends and new enterprise products & solution. Develop channel sales plans and strategies for building/maintaining a robust channel sales pipeline and moving key opportunities through the sales cycle. Review with management and channel partners at least once a quarter. Train the channel partners on how to sell End solutions against the competition. Ensure that channel partners have adequate support and ongoing training/education to effectively sell Huawei EBG product line. Set quotas and objectives with channel partners that are in line with Company goals. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts for each channel partner. Develop/maintain legal agreements with channel partners in line with the companys channel partner program. Effectively maintain and keep current customer/channel partner information and sales opportunities in the companys CRM system.
Qualifications • University degree, engineering or commerce • Sales skills – background • Managed Partners • Strong & in depth relationship with the key channel partners in the Egyptian ICT sector • Examples of closing big deals • Proficient in English, Arabic • Proof record for managing business partners successfully • Experience in managing large enterprise accounts • Excellent communications and presentation skills • Strong Information Technology background • Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
