Description     — Channel management, Identify and on-board new channel partners.. — Ensure the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets and management based objectives that will be communicated from time to time — Be able to report weekly performance to the leadership (MTI & Huawei) of specific accounts and opportunities. — Furthermore, sales data, progress on incentives, new product releases, sales trending and all other key performance indicators should be monitored and managed on a pro-active and continual basis. At all times this individual should understand the health of the business that they manage — Sell Huawei EBG products ( Unified communication ,Networks &IT solutions & products and reach revenue quotas for new partner and/or new channel service customers, (designated in quota compensation plan) — Achieve quota for number of contacts/activity with prospective partners/customers — Identify areas of improvement in the company and assist in creating and implementing solutions. — Keep up to date on market trends and new enterprise products & solution. — Develop channel sales plans and strategies for building/maintaining a robust channel sales pipeline and moving key opportunities through the sales cycle. Review with management and channel partners at least once a quarter. — Train the channel partners on how to sell End solutions against the competition. — Ensure that channel partners have adequate support and ongoing training/education to effectively sell Huawei EBG product line. — Set quotas and objectives with channel partners that are in line with Company goals. — Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts for each channel partner. — Develop/maintain legal agreements with channel partners in line with the companys channel partner program. — Effectively maintain and keep current customer/channel partner information and sales opportunities in the companys CRM system.
Qualifications    • University degree, engineering or commerce • Sales skills – background • Managed Partners • Strong & in depth relationship with the key channel partners in the Egyptian ICT sector • Examples of closing big deals • Proficient in English, Arabic • Proof record for managing business partners successfully • Experience in managing large enterprise accounts • Excellent communications and presentation skills • Strong Information Technology background • Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
