Description — participate in preparing the Purchasing annual budget. — Receive and review the Purchase Order request from the concerned parties ensuring their compliance to the purchasing plan. — procure the Companys requirements in timely manner, with competitive price, and in line with the procurement procedures, ethical standards and HSE regulations, to help achieving the Companys objectives. — Supervise the execution of the internal and external purchasing plans. — Ensure the accuracy and consistency in keeping the purchasing data and their availability when needed. — Pursues the settlement era of the purchasing with the Finance department — Follows-up on the payment process for suppliers and external with Finance department and ensures their timely payments as per the contract. — Prepare and submits a monthly activity report to the Management Manager highlighting the progress of work in the Purchasing Section. — enhance payments criterion with the suppliers to help providing the Company with the optimum payment facilities. — pre-qualify new suppliers and evaluate the performance of the current ones according to the internal procedures, to enhance the Companys approved vendors list. — ensure that the vendors dues are paid in timely manner in order to maintain and enhance the given credit facility. — maintain a healthy interdepartmental relationship with all the Companys internal customers to achieve their satisfaction and foster a smooth workflow.
Qualifications Perfect command of English Language. Professional user of Microsoft office. Effective communication skills. Negotiations Skills. Problem Solving Skills.
