Description  Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion.  Prepares paperwork required to place employee on payroll and establishes personnel file.  Assist in hiring process by coordinating job posting on Web site, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews and reference checks.  Supervises receptionist, delegates projects as appropriate, and assures coverage of switchboard in receptionists absence.  Coordinating work flow and procedures between Human Resources, Payroll, Employee Benefits,  Acting as liaison between Human Resources and departments.  Recruit, interview, test, select joiner workers to fill vacant positions.  Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.  Keep records of personnel transactions such as hires , promotions , transfer , performance reviews , terminations  Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.  Conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separation.  Compiles data and analyzes past and current year training requirements to prepare budgets and justify funds requested.
Qualifications  Minimum of 1 year of job-related experience  Excellent Command of MS Office  High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.  Ability to operate most standard office equipment.  Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.  Excellent communication skills.
