Job Description

● Process payroll for US-based clients accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
● Assist with the preparation and maintenance of payroll records, including timesheets, wage calculations, and deductions.
● Support the tax and accounting teams by providing payroll data and assisting with payroll-related tax filings.
● Respond to client inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions, delivering exceptional customer service.
● Assist with onboarding new employees into payroll systems and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
● Generate payroll reports and summaries for management and accounting purposes.

Job Requirements

• Essential: Fluency in English (Written & Spoken) – you will work in an English-primary professional environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in payroll, finance, or administration. Recent graduates with a strong desire to specialize are strongly encouraged to apply.
• A learner’s mindset – we will provide training on specific software and processes.
• Outstanding numerical accuracy and a passion for getting the details right.
• Strong confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information.
• Good working knowledge of G-Suite (google platform).
• Working hours are from 4:00 pm to 1:00 am.
