Description Maintains office operations by receiving and distributing communications; maintaining supplies and equipment; picking-up and delivering items; serving customers. Forward information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information. Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; determine requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; follow up the delivering process of supplies to customers. Serve customers by answering their questions; forwarding them messages; confirming customers orders; keeping customers informed of order status. Monitor incoming emails and answer them if required Maintain office filing and storage systems perform work related errands as requested such as going to the bank or clients
Qualifications •Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Faculty of Arts (English/French) Section, or any other related field •Previous experience in the same field is must
