Description 1.Setting & Controlling the budget for all the company and preparing monthly reports against the actual expenses. 2.Applying the company policy and update this policy by coordination with HR director. 3.Supervising & reviewing the monthly payroll and all related monthly reports and submit it to HR director. 4.Preparing monthly reports about the headcount of the company with on board, vacant positions and outsourced staff. 5.Preparing monthly reports with total salaries and all the benefits with head count till the end of the year and submit it to Finance director. 6.Managing the employment & resignation process. 7.Dealing with labor offices & social insurance offices
Qualifications 10 years of experience, 3 of which in a managerial position Industrial Background is a must Excellent Communication , Leadership Skills Mastery of Payroll and Personnel Functions HR Diploma is a must Experience in Multinational Organizations is an asset Excellent Managerial Skills, and Leadership skills
