Description 1- Maintenance Planning: — Develop, monitor, analyze and review maintenance strategy and planned maintenance routines (PMR). — Ensure that all maintenance activities are effectively planned, routines are revised and delivered on time, at the highest possible quality and optimal cost in compliance with applicable PMI standards and procedures. — Carry out regular reviews on the effectiveness of all maintenance activities/equipment in order to ensure that appropriate corrective actions are identified and implemented to prevent the incidence of unnecessary breakdowns and/or equipment under performance 2- Asset Register: — Ensure and update the asset register for equipment. — Integrate new equipment, pursue necessary risk assessments, attendance related documentation for fully comply with legislation and internal procedures. — Ensure all machine documentation are updated and available. 3- Spare parts: — Define spare parts requirements estimation and min-max level of spare part stock for all equipment. — Assist spare parts, consumables, MRO and small equipment budget preparation. — Ensure that spare parts consumption is in correlation with the approved budget. — Clarify technical aspects with suppliers related spare parts and materials 4- Continuous Improvement: — Initiate technical development and / or lead / participate in projects in order to improve safety conditions, quality and more effective use of equipment, spare parts and consumables. — Find technical solution, implement and monitor proposed improvements related to equipment. — Provide coaching (5S, OPL, etc.) in order to install a continuous improvement culture.
