Description 1- Plan, report and control maintenance activities (preventive, planned and corrective) assuring that the quality, safety standards and costs objectives are achieved in compliance with PMI standards and Policies. 2- Maintenance Scheduling — Plan and propose the date for time-based maintenance activities and achieve the annual objectives established during the annual performance evaluation process (MAP). — Participate in evaluation of maintenance requests by considering added value, urgency of the tasks. — Prepare maintenance task lists based on maintenance strategy, manpower and duration of the task. — Participate maintenance meeting and update activity list based on the feedback. 3- Equipment condition — Formulate all maintenance tasks in CMMS(Computerized Maintenance Management System) and monitor the status of work order including Condition Based Maintenance (CBM), Planned Maintenance Routines (PMRs), Corrective Maintenance and any other requests (eg project work, overhauls, etc,) — Identify and follow opportunities during no demand/start-up period to perform maintenance activities and adjust maintenance plan. — Support root cause analysis for causes due to machine condition appeared during production or maintenance and based on validated action plan, initiate work orders to ensure production process continuity. 4- Spare parts — Identify and issue spare part requirements for planned and preventive maintenance activities to Spare Parts Store in advance to assure that spare parts can be pre-selected and “kited. — Define spare parts requirements estimation and min-max level of spar e part stock for all equipment. — Assist spare parts, consumables, MRO and small equipment budget prepare ration. — Ensure that spare parts consumption is in correlation with the approved budget. — Clarify technical aspects with suppliers related spare parts and mate rails.
