Description *organize and coordinate office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. *design and implement office policies. Establishes standards and procedures. Organizes office operations and procedures. Supervises office staff. Monitors and records long distance phone calls. Prepares time sheets. Controls correspondences. Reviews and approves supply requisitions. Liaises with other agencies, organizations and groups. Updates organizational memberships. Maintains office equipments. Assigns and monitors clerical and secretarial functions. Supervises staff. Evaluates staff performance. Coaches and disciplines staff. Designs filing systems. Ensures that filing systems are maintained and up to date. Defines procedures for record retention. Ensures protection and security of files and records. Ensures effective transfer for files and records. Transfers and disposes records according to retention schedules and policies. Ensures personnel files are up to date and secure. Plans and implements office systems, layout and equipment procurement. Maintains and replenishes inventory.
Qualifications • Ability to work under pressure and to handle multiple tasks on the same time. • High communication skills. • Keeps confidentiality and straight forward relationship with the staff. • Works in a harmony with members of the Executive Committee. • Excellent knowledge of dealing with computer (excel, office, and outlook ) • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Compensations 6 Months employment contract entitled to social security insurance & private healthcare
