Description 1.Identifying prospective clients and conducting sales visits to explore potential business opportunities by identifying their needs. 2.Proposing and actively promotion solutions based on companys products and services that would satisfy identified needs. 3.Ensuring the clients fulfil all needed documents and medical examinations. 4.Coordinating with the sales support services to ensure the prompt operations activities in issuance of the policy and claims settlement and providing all needed information for that purpose. 5.Closely managing and monitoring the progress of hi/her targets achievement, the quality of the portfolio and the persistency. 6.Following up on the developments of clients needs and maintaining good long terms relations with customers to ensure full needs. 7.Ensuring excellent feedback efficiency to customers queries. 8.Continuously updating market and competition knowledge to expand market penetration. 9.Continuously building and developing the network of contacts and sources of leads. 10.Ensuring continuous self development to keep up to date with the knowledge needed for effective performance. 11.Keeping up to date with the companys standards, policies, procedures, and authority limits that affect the implementation of responsibilities. 12. Support the department in any task/project as needed.
Qualifications 1.University degree. 2.Fresh or 1-2 years of experience in sales industry in the fields of (insurance, Loans, credit cards, Real Estate, Retail). 3.Presentation skills. 4.Ambitious. 5.Communication skills.
