Description Review the schedule of Mechanical submittals — Inspect the site work according to the company process — Carry out material inspection report — Response to the request for information — Response to all Contractor correspondences related to Mechanical work — Coordinate with all site disciplines such as Architecture and electrical and structural Engineers — Carry out the required coordination with the relevant design persons. — Attend the project site meetings and any other meetings as required — Evaluate Mechanical change orders — Carry out any required revisions to the design drawings — Review and comment on the work programme as submitted by the Contractor — Prepare calculation notes and detailed drawings as it may required. — Prepare weekly and monthly report for the work progress — Carry out required coordination with the Resident Engineer and the head office — Coordinate with the local authorities regarding the connections to public facilities — Supervise the testing, commissioning and close out of the project including the snagging phase. — Carry out value Engineering as it may required — Review and comment on the builder works as received from Contractor Quality management System (ISO 9001) — Awareness of Quality policy of Square — Complies with QMS requirements as applicable to his department — Take appropriate correction, corrective and preventive actions in case of nonconformity arises during the work. — Participate in development of QMS. — Participate in initiating, implementing, review and monitor quality objectives related to his department. — Effective communication — Effective Management — Effective training if required.
Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering • 5-10 years in supervision and design of HVAC ,Plumbing, Drainage and Fire fighting • Professional in using AutoCAD 2D • Previous experience in design of hotels(Advantage) • Leadership skills • Computer skills in AUTOCAD and Office • Presentation skills • Awareness of international standards relevant to his work
