Qualifications Experience 0-3 years in the same filed Fluent English is a must with a neutral accent Holding a college degree Military service accomplished • Bilingual – Arabic / English speaker is a must • Customer service oriented • Strong communication skills • Proven Technical ability • Knowledge of Pay TV industry is desirable

Other Skills Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, rotational days off, and ability to work extra hours (paid overtime) Ability to work overnight shifts (males only) last shift ends at 8:30 pm for the Female
