Description — Provide excellent after sales support to ensure customer satisfaction — Promptly respond to customers general inquiries about programming, billing‡etc — Technical support — Information and data collection — Maintain and update customers database  
Qualifications Experience 0-3 years in the same filed Fluent English is a must with a neutral accent Holding a college degree Military service accomplished • Bilingual – Arabic / English speaker is a must • Customer service oriented • Strong communication skills • Proven Technical ability • Knowledge of Pay TV industry is desirable
