Description 1. Job Summary Assist the HR Manager in all human resources functions related to the recruitment, compensation, development and retirement of all staff in accordance with corporate guidelines, legal requirements and industry standards. 2. Role & Responsibilities — Receive recruitment requests, Post the job ads using different recruitment channels, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews and reference checks — Conduct Interviews for the selected candidates and coordinate with the Department Heads for the Technical interview. — Maintain an updated recruitment database to provide data of interviewed candidates as well as a continuous supply of CVs for planned or unplanned positions that may arise. — Deliver orientation session to all new employees. Prepare and update Job descriptions of all the company to ensure each employee has articulate job description highlighting job responsibilities — Maintain and update the ‘Human Resources Handbook– in regular intervals and distribute amendments to the relevant readers in a timely fashion. — Make sure company policies are well implemented. — Maintains personnel files and keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion. — Prepares paperwork required to place employee on payroll and establishes personnel file. — Dealing with all governmental entities (Social Insurance Offices, Labor offices, Health Insurance Organization, etc).  Enter all employees Leaves on the HRIS
Qualifications  1-2 years of work experience  HR related study is a plus.  Strong planning, organization and time management Skills  Strong interpersonal & communication skills.  Strong analytical and writing skills.  High follow through drive and high self-motivation/independence with an ability to handle work pressure and meet tight deadlines.  Keen on learning and self-development.  Proficient user of computer & MS office Applications.  Fluent in English and Arabic languages.
