Description - Act as the key contact person for customers regarding any required interior designs advise or modification. - provide high level of communication for customer satisfaction. - responsible for building & maintaining strong relationships with customers, by providing the help needed in compliance with all project requirements. - Advise client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings, and color coordination - Coordinate with other professionals, such as contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure job success. - listen to the wants and needs of the client and make interior modifications suggestions. - Work with clients to design or renovate spaces to meet their standards. - Plan architectural detail, Read and interpret blueprints. - Work with vendors, Negotiate prices. - Submit drawings for approval by a construction inspector to ensure that the design meets building codes. - Follow up with client to ensure design specifications have been met
Qualifications Thinking Creatively - Strong Communication skills - High ability to build rapport with clients - Active listener - Making Decisions and Solving Problems
