Description Scope of work Within the context of developing an effective functional structure, SFD intends to implement job evaluation process, aiming at developing an accurate flexible, and updated tool to identify the relative worthiness of job compared to each other, that enables decision makers manage effective and efficient salary scales. The main activity activities of the assignment should focus on: - Review the existing effort related to job evaluation in SFD. - Develop an evaluation system. - Develop a position evaluation policy for SFD. - Conduct a complete job evaluation for at least 50 jobs. Deliverables: The consultant is required to submit Social Fund for Development -SFD (soft and hard copies in Arabic) with the following deliverables 1- Inception report including preliminary assessment of the existing situation related to job evaluation within SFD , as well as suggested working methodology. 2- A complete job evaluation system for SFD jobs. 3- Job evaluation for at least 50 jobs, to be selected and agreed upon by SFD. 4- A Position Evaluation Policy for SFD. 5- Final report highlighting findings and recommendations TIMEFRAME The expected time for completion will be three months from the starting date. The assignment will start on the day of signature of contract.
Qualifications 1- The consultant should have at least 10 years professional experience in HR with a related experience in job evaluation process for a similar organization. 2- Experience with international/ multinational organizations is preferable. 3- University degree in related field. 4- Strong interpersonal skills. 5- Excellent analytical skills. 6- Report writing skills.
