Description 1. Determine the times of the interviews with the Board of Directors and in accordance with the agenda. 2. Organize files and documents relating to the work of the Board of Directors. 3. Receive all messages, e-mail, faxes and phone calls and presented to the Board at the appropriate times. 4. Attend meetings to view the agenda and take notes and results. 5. Follow up the implementation of administrative decisions by communicating with all other departments. 6. Submit periodic reports on the general situation of work and workers. 7. Monitor the new employees to determine the extent of their effectiveness and their interaction with the work. 8. Presentation of proposals as well as complaints submitted by the companys staff to the Board of Directors. 9. Follow-up subscriptions clubs, newspapers, trade unions, chambers of commerce of the Board of Directors. 10. Planning and booking travel tickets and hotels. 11. Dealing with consulates, embassies and government agencies. 12. Preparation of notes and correspondence both internal and external. 13. Follow the guidance issued by the Board of Directors. 14. Receipt and archiving of data and completion of the assigned work. 15. Follow the maintenance of machinery and equipment located in the Offices of members of the Board of Directors. 16. Accomplish any other tasks assigned by the Chairman and members of the Board of Directors.
Qualifications • Fluency in foreign languages, especially English, giving preference to those more fluent in more than one foreign language • Having training courses in programs related to the nature of the work • Having professional training courses in business management
