Description Work Under the general supervision of Human Resources Director, Contributing to the understanding, implementation and adherence to human resource policies and procedures. Assisting employees in getting relevant documents from HR, arrange and coordinate new employees paper works in coordination with HR based on the direction from Management, Ensuring that all human resource management data required for the efficient processing of payroll is entered/provided in an accurate and timely manner Responsible for processing all medical card applications and follow up with employee queries on the same. providing timely, accurate and appropriate advice to managers and/ or staff in relation to human resource management issues Assisting in the recruitment and selection of staff including preparing all relevant selection documentation. Responsible for providing administration support across the full employee life cycle Monitors email accounts and responds to or forwards questions as appropriate. Follows up to ensure all queries are responded to in a timely manner. General administration and logistics support to the HR team, in particular with regards to training, on setting up meetings including the creation of agendas. Prepares correspondence and reports as directed. Provides routine administration support such as responding to phone calls, general word processing preparation of correspondence (generation of letters e.g. bank letters), sorts mail for distribution and ad hoc reports (e.g. absence or working time reports) as well as any other administrative duties required during the day to day operations of HR. Greets and directs visitors and employees, answers and phone calls. Proactively provides solutions to general queries and information requests. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications •University degree •At least 3 year experience in the same position.

Other Skills •Multi-task, strong coordination, good personality & team player attitude. •Very Good Computer skills. •Very Good command of English language. •Very Good communication skills
