Description —Training need analysis of the different R&D teams —Technical training planning in terms of budget and schedule —Monitor and control technical training organization —Manage the induction training plan of the new R&D members —Suppliers negotiation —Close interaction with the HR team to ensure the successful implementation of technical training —Implementing R&D efficiency targets assigned to the technical training —Own technical training process —Manage and participate in preparing the new training material —Participate in conducting organizational technical training —Active participant in Valeo skills matrix definition, Valeo knowledge initiatives and Valeo university program —Coordinate with different Valeo committees and other stakeholders for feedbacks and recommendations —Report the status periodically to direct manager and Valeo Egypt management
Qualifications •B.Sc. of engineering majoring in computer, electronics and communication or mechatronics / M.Sc. is a plus •6-8 years of experience in embedded SW •Proven corporate track record in embedded SW training or embedded SW consultation •Multinational exposure is preferred •Exposure to the different SW process (full SDLC) as well as different embedded SW technologies is a must •Excellent communication and negotiation skills •Excellent leadership skills and decision making skills •Ability to work in an autonomous way under pressure •High level of commitment and ownership to the assigned mission and objectives •Result oriented
