To respond and answer inbound calls with high quality standards assisting customers with all available sales tools in order to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction, develop the relationship and to arrange appointments for the sales team. To make outbound calls with high quality standards assisting customers with all available sales tools in order to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction, in order to attract new customers, develop the relationship and to arrange appointments for the Sales team. Responsibilities: 1. Support and provide superior service via phones, e-mails as a receiver and caller and follow-up on customer enquiries ensuring full customer satisfaction. 2. Answers inbound calls and respond to customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction alien with conducting outbound calls. 3. Provide quality, efficient and non-judgmental telephone customer service to internal and external customers. 4. To maintain 100% efficiency in the updating of the Company’s CRM Database in relation to all information obtained during either the inbound or outbound telephone call on every occasion. 4. To use questioning, listening skills, knowledge and research of the Company’s product and or services to support an effective telephone communication and to achieve very high results and to ensure achieving your monthly target. 5. To build customers interest in the services and products offered by the Company and offer cross selling and/or up selling of the Company’s services and products whenever possible which will guarantee the business success and for the maintaining of monthly targets. 6. To maintain the required knowledge level of the companys services and products and to follow the agreed Company protocol and procedure on formal information sources to ensure delivering full and accurate information to the customer. 7. Follows the agreed on guidelines, policies, processes, & procedures to ensure maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications • University Degree in a relevant discipline. • Min 3 years’ experience in a customer service career • Must be an excellent communicator • Manage the opportunity and deliver appointments for the Sales team • Achieving sales targets • Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral). Test will be applied • Excellent in computer skills. Test will be applied

Compensations The job opportunity provides for a min basic monthly salary of between 3,000 LE to 4,000 LE depending on experience plus commission with overall total earnings (OTE) expected to be in excess of 200,000 LE per annum.
