Description Establishing a system to sample, release or reject, in-process materials, intermediates, raw materials, packing, labeling materials and finished goods. Prepare and implement, and follow ISO 9001 requirements for the whole group Perform sampling and product quality control using SPC (statistical process control), and carry out investigation for critical deviations and making sure that all Non-conformities are reported, evaluated, resolved and the conclusions are recorded. Chemical & bacterial analysis of all raw materials & products. Perform bacterial count for labors and clean room environment control. Preparation of QC documentation like (SOPs, records, certificate of analysis). Running the daily work of both physiochemical and microbiological laboratories. Supervise the performance of his team. Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product. Formulates and maintains quality control objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures. May investigate and adjust customer complaints regarding quality. Organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability. participate in vendor quality assessment Quality statistics analysis, quality measurements analysis, implement action plans to improve quality Provide training to production and quality departments to improve quality performance
Qualifications •Graduated from faculty of Science,/Pharmacy •1-3 years experience in
