1. Define the change management process to be applied to the project. 2. Prepare change plan and obtain management approval of the change plan. 3. Assure that all team members understand their roles and accept their responsibilities 4. Analyze risk and investigate avoidance violation activities. And assure responsibility for initiating corrective actions. 5. Track and report on progress to plan. 6. Analyze the actual performance against the plan and make adjustments consistent with plan objectives. 7. Keep all top management informed of progress and issues. 8. Assure timely adaptive action is taken. 9. Negotiate the performance of activities with team members and their managers. 10. Establish and publish clear priorities among project activities. 11. Coordinate management and technical decisions. 12. Handling all incoming updates on function coming from the customer. 13. Manage and audit all reports coming from team daily, weekly and monthly. 14. Check with Team for Stable Performance and Quality in all Tasks. Manage all change process to achieve customer satisfaction And stable network
Qualifications BSc. In communication engineering • Good communication skills • Good presentation skills • Good command of Microsoft office application • Good command of English language • Committed, creative and self-motivated • Ability to work in both regular and shift basis
