Perform a variety of administrative support tasks to the RHRO, which are highly confidential and sensitive. • Coordinate HR management activities and follow-ups for the RHRO. • Research, compile, assimilate and prepare confidential and sensitive documents and briefs the Officer or executive regarding content. • Act as liaison between the RHRO and directors, subordinates or others, by transmitting directives, instructions and assignments and following up on the status of assignments. • Produce a variety of documents, charts and graphs in final form. • Prepare agenda and collect materials for meetings, speeches, and conferences; take minutes and keep records of meetings. • Follow up on the compensation and benefits, recruitment, personnel and pay & benefit analysis monthly reports and assure their timely delivery. • Contact person in all related matter with the outsourcing Company IBS regarding Mobiserve Egypt, Mobiserve Corporate, & Mobifactory. • Provide information and assistance whether verbally or via HR Announcements mail to the public and employees regarding broadcasts, services, and activities of the human resources department. • Keep record of personnel transactions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations for permanent & outsourced employees for Mobiserve Egypt, Mobiserve Corporate, & Mobifactory. • Gather information and prepare reports, recommendations, or correspondence on specific subjects (as determined).
Qualifications Work Experience Requirements & Qualifications: • Minimum 1-3 years of experience is required. • Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills. • Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word and Power Point), Oracle Knowledge is a plus. • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Arabic & English) as well as fast typing Arabic and English. • Office Management and Secretarial Skills. • Good Knowledge of Labor Law and social insurance. Education Requirements & Competencies: • University Degree in Business Administration or any related fields is required. • Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal, French is preferable. • Deep understanding of and experience with Office Management.
