• Plans the fulfillment of objectives on the basis of budget, forecasts, sales and inventory lists and other parts specific data. • Monitor stock in terms of turnover rate, service objectives, stocking period, trends and risk of parts becoming obsolete with the objectives to reach the degree of availability and turnover factor. • Supervise dates and deadlines of the month and VOR orders sent to the wholesale organization. • Monitor orders and makes corrections where necessary in order to insure that orders quantities are both appropriate and economic. • Supervises inventory control for preparation of documents and data, processing of documents according to schedule, troubleshooting and correction of lists. • Check stocks and ensures that the quantities required for services, sales campaigns and application of service information are available at the appropriate time. • Complies initial parts kits for new models (Parts & Accessories) in the co-operation of Whole Sale Parts Manager. • Informs the wholesale parts sales department on inaccurate in delivery, damage parts and insure credit and debit account. • Complies a specific annual program for his area. • Make sure that all file entries and documents show the current retail and purchase prices distributed from the wholesale organization and inform his manager on exceptional price changes.
Qualifications - Bachelor Degree of Commerce English. - Very good command of MS Office.
