• Monitoring & Handling the Factory and the subcontractors Compliance status with regards to the customers COVC (Code Of Vendor Conduct) • Implementing & Developing the Compliance program for a group of factories & a bundle of subcontracting facilities. • Conducting a various types of Onsite Assessments on the Group Matrix such as" ETI "Ethical Trading Initiative", GSP "Global Sourcing Principles" Base codes, Security Audits, highlighting the C-TPAT Req. and Quality Audits" • Translating, Reviewing & Updating the FCTY Internal Policies & Procedures. • Handling & Managing all the findings & comments raised from the 3rd parties or the clients compliance auditors through the audits conducted on the Factory site and the subcontractors sites as well... • Maintaining the Compliance Policies setting the regular, periodic targets & goals. • Managing, maintaining, and improving the companys quality certifications Programs (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, WRAP … etc) • Analyze and recommend appropriate changes of cert. procedures to respective managers • Audit existing and new cert. procedures for compliance based on cert. requirements and audit history.
Qualifications bachelor degree at any relevant. v.good command of both written& spoken English. Full knowledge of the requirements of quality certificates "WRAP-ISO-OHSAS- ...... Knowledge of labor, environment and occupational health and safety laws.
