• Collecting and interpreting pricing data from various sources and suppliers • Monitoring purchase and sales orders in order to maintain adequate inventory levels and meet customer demand • Consulting with internal departments to determine pricing on large-scale orders and special projects • Providing accurate material estimates in order to grow sales and revenues • Generating regular reports in Excel • Assisting with daily and monthly AP rate variance checks • Recommending new policies and suppliers to reduce the cost of procured goods and operational costs
Qualifications • Bachelor Degree in any field • 1 to 3 Years of Experience • Basic creative problem solving and analytical skills • Good judgment and initiative • Good verbal and written communication skills • Good listener • A team player • Must work well under pressure as a self-starter, handling multiple tasks • Internally motivated, self-starter with ability to plan, organize and establish priorities to meet goals and achieve results. • High Integrity
