• Support business expansion and growth (all divisions) across the region. • Support, demonstrate and communicate the company’s vision, mission, values and overall direction. • Be a visible, reliable leader within the Operations function internally and externally. • Lead the cinema management team/s by example. Follow the values, mission and vision, and consistently display integrity. Develop, empower and motivate the team to meet the company’s goals. • Provide leadership to the cinema team. • Ensure that the workplace is safe and that all staff are motivated, guided and directed to contribute fully to realizing the company’s mission, vision, goals and objectives. • Monitor the financial functions of the cinema/s to ensure the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reporting. • Monitor revenue activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining operation’s objectives, develop strategies, and initiate activities to address areas of concern. • Communicate current and new Operations policies to team to ensure compliance to local and international laws, industry best practice and most importantly, the safety and security of customers and employees • Support the technical team throughout installations at new and upgraded cinema locations. • Support the development and implementation of simple, innovative yet reliable e commerce applications and websites to promote the company’s services • Play a key role in representing the Cinema externally to ensure consistent and positive messages are conveyed to the public and potential partners. • Ensure F&D commitments are upheld through correct placement and handling of distributor merchandise and film property. • Support activities that promote alternative content and use of cinema facilities.
Qualifications Graduate in any discipline is preferred A minimum 5+ years relevant, demonstrated experience and proven track record in Entertainment similar industry in a management role is preferred.
