4/7 monitor and record for all plants activities -Do inspections and offer quotations for mechanical works and task orders -Plane and prepare the PM and CM schedules and technical reports -Monitor work quality with advising for performance improvement -Conduct on-job training sessions for the technical staff as planned -Ensure all staff apply safety rules and regulations -Develop stock of spare parts and observe the warehouse stock -Manage and supervise contractors’ activities -Develop financial budget and follow up monthly expenses -Monitor work quality and advise for improving performance -Develop the on-job training plan for the technical team -All damages to be reported immediately -Follow up and complete orders on system -Assure the performance quality and method -Develop and test the maintenance techniques -Do regular risk assessment -Assign the technical team’s tasks and schedule -Ensure all technical staff are applying the safety rules and regulations -Daily coordination with electrical authority -Weekly inspection for the generators -Control the cost of spare parts and consumables -Improve the project’s profit -No budget deficiencies -Negotiate with clients “if needed”
Qualifications With experience in central air conditioning ,pumps ,fire fighting system and plumbing system. - With experience in preventive and corrective plan.- He should work in high rising buildings. -Team leader with strong personality to deal with technical team.- Be able to work under stress - excellent at English ( speaking ,reading ,writing ,…etc. ) - good at drawing AutoCAD \design HVAC ,mechanical and fire fighting system
