1. Present and sell company product (ready-mixed concrete) to current and potential clients. 2. Establish client relationships by continuous follow up of client requests. 3. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. 4. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. 5. Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services. 6. Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up. 7. Identify and resolve client concerns. 8. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals. 9. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff. 10. Participate in marketing events such as in setting outdoor signs or printing material. 11. Follow-up for collection of payment. 12. Coordinate delivery schedules with Operations department. 13. Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in construction engineering or mechanical engineering. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to persuade and influence others. 3. Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques. 4. Preferably a minimum of 3 years experience in sales and marketing of construction materials. 5. Having a valid driving license.
