Following up on collection for all contracts and allocate payments (Remittance and clearance cycle) -Monitoring the customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities and communicate this to the related departments -Using the oracle property assets management to monitor and track the contracts as well as ensuring the proper invoicing -Maintaining a reliable archiving system for the contracts (hard and soft copies) including all the related appendixes -Issuing the related claims for any additional service such as marketing, BTU, special events and other services that might be requested by the clients -Coordinating the issuance and release the balance confirmation letters to the customers -Ensuring weekly accounts receivable position with updated status feedback -Maintaining zero variation between property management system, accounts receivable and general accounts modules -Maintaining a reliable withholding tax file -Ensuring the monthly AR reports (AR position, unearned revenue, Checks under collection, notes receivable and security deposit)
Qualifications Bachelor degree in accounting -0-2 years of experience in accounting management -Very Good Knowledge of accounting principles -Strong analytical skills -Good Knowledge on oracle system and Microsoft Office -Ability to support accounting team -Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with non-accounting professionals
