- Receiving all daily calls from potential clients in a professional manner (Reporting directly to the Managing Director) - Recording all appointments received from potential clients accurately to the system - Performing follow up calls with clients to review their current and future treatment plans - Taking special notes or complaints from clients and recording them to be reviewed later with the senior call center agent and Managing Director - Dealing with angry or argumentative clients in a very calm manner and directing them wisely to the designated responsible staff members - Performing any additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications Fresh Graduates, or skilled professionals 1-2 years of experience with customer service background.
