- Following up with the Front Desk Supervisor on the updated daily schedule document (reporting directly to the Front Desk Supervisor) - Welcoming all clients checking in the center in a professional manner - Responsible for the filing process of the clients’ files and records - Responsible for the data entry of all clients’ data into the system - Dealing with the clients in the floor and handling any issues that may rise - Following up with the cleaning staff Supervisor on any requested details in their area - Assigning the nursing team into the clinics in an organized and professional manner - Performing any additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications Fresh Graduates, or skilled professionals 1-2 years of experience with customer service background.
