Ensure that cards are issued . • Implements existing production processes and documentation. • Monitors quality production output, facilities and distribution of cards. • Develops and recommends improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency • Dispatch of cards • Addition & deletion • Co-ordination with other departments within NEXtCARE. • Timely provide weekly and monthly production reports. • Maintaining stock of cards and printing ribbons • Regularly enroll new members to the system and strictly imposed inputs of correct details • Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information *Ability to manage difficult customer situations, to respond promptly to the needs of the customer, solicit feedback to improve service, responds to request for service/assistance. • Ability to adapt to change, meet the changing demands of the work environment, any delays or other unexpected demands. • Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances, install trust in others besides upholding the values of the organization
Qualifications Relevant University Degree • 0-2 years experience Medical Centers exposure a plus • Ideally, work will be in an ordinary office environment. On unique circumstances, might require longer working hours than the 8-5 normal working day. • Strong communication, attention to detail and time management skills.
