Receive calls on service desk during main working hours. Assign issues on the SAP system to the assigned manager according to their locations. Assign issues to the internal team accordingly to the needed items. Generate a weekly and Monthly report to the service managers and ASO’s field Engineers. Abide to company processes and standards. Make suggestions for process improvement. Communicates with Service Managers for CRM cases and other team members. Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications Advanced level technical skills with Microsoft Office tools, Word, PowerPoint, Excel (analysis of documents), and Outlook. Exemplary written and verbal communication skills. Superior organization skills. Ability to maintain confidential and proprietary information and data.
