•Deliver high quality continuing education programs •Provide marketing support and drive attendance for education programs •Assist with event registration to drive attendance, capture marketing attributes and sales activities in Interact sales management system (ROI, revenue recognition, attendee reconciliation) •Ensure incremental sales generation by outbound sales activity •Reactivating non-purchasing or declining accounts •Qualifying leads through a phone screen and setting up appointments for field sales •Ensure proper activity tracking and reporting in Interact sales management system •Outbound sales phone calls to support product category performance •Outbound phone calls to update contact information and map referral network in CRM •All other duties as assigned, may include project work or activities related to education or sales
Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and/or equivalent job experience •Minimum of 2 years in sales •Experience in education sector and 1:1 E-Learning is a plus •Must have good computer skills and the ability to work with information systems and Microsoft Office applications •Must be professional and capable of clearly communicating essential information including products, programs, and promotions •Ability to build relationships and win the confidence of the customer, sales management and speakers •Strong multi-tasker and details-oriented •Proficient in written and verbal communication •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment •Must has a car
