1. Responsible for the implementation of all customer relations activities. 2. Responsible for IRAM Loyalty Program and making sure to its implemented efficiently. 3. Evaluates customer relations performance periodically as set by the Senior Marketing Executive 4. Develops, executes, tabulates and analyzes regular periodical researches to check and evaluate customers satisfaction and/or complaints 5. Reports all customer relations findings related to customers problems, inquiries and suggestions to the Senior Marketing Executive in a timely manner. 6. Provides recommendations regarding other departments activities; aiming at improving their services or to take initiative actions to further investigate customers problems, inquiries and complaints. 7. Periodically Advices the Senior Marketing Executive as to the status of customers’ satisfaction and the need for new products development as reflected by customers needs and complaints. 8. Monitors the front desk and all customer relations services including digital and offline activities according to the plan set by IRAM Marketing Consultant and the Senior Marketing Executive.
Qualifications Bachelor Degree is required preferably in Business Administration or Mass Communications. 2- Preferred a minimum of 2 years in a customer services related management positions. 3- Effective communication and follow-up skills. 4- Ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously. 5- Demonstrate Patience, Thoroughness, and Sympathetic
