Job tasks: •Overseeing the production process & following a production schedule •Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality (Mention monitoring techniques) •Working out the Human and material resources needed •Drafting a timescale for the job •Following Estimated costs and the quality standards •Implement the production processes and following schedules as Recommended. •Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment •Following product standards and implementing quality-control programs. •Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers •Working with managers to implement the companys policies and goals •Following health and safety guidelines •Reviewing workers performance (Performance measurement Techniques).
Qualifications •Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. •3+ years’ experience.

Other Skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent problem solving and time management skills • Good mechanical aptitude and knowledge • Knowledge of electronic equipment and computer hardware and software • Self-motivated and highly organized • Background in piping engineering and Tanks fabrication preferred
