• Using object oriented programming languages, especially .NET. - Perform systems analysis and design work on problems of varied scope • Participate in the development and the maintenance of our applications, using Microsoft SQL Server and Windows / Web / Office / IVR User Interface. • Good Knowledge of Applications Analysis & Design • Good Knowledge of problem solving skills. • Good Knowledge of databases and Microsoft SQL Server. • Respond to users Tickets and requests • Make sure to follow the IT process and the COPC guidelines • Technical training sessions for the team and users if needed • Creating the needed reports ,documents and manuals as needed Requirements • Make sure to work as per ISO 27001 guidelines
Qualifications • MCDBA is an advantage • MTA is a must • BSC of engineering or computer science
